Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is critical in providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate will be an expert in endoscopy nursing with proven proficiency in complex advanced therapeutics, dedicated to delivering the highest standard of patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.
• Demonstrate advanced competency in assisting with Advanced Therapeutic ERCP and EUS procedures.
• Circulate and scrub in procedure rooms, ensuring all equipment and instruments are prepared and functional.
• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient vitals, responding to changes in patient condition promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with gastroenterologists, surgeons, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterile processing, and patient safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on procedure details, pre-procedure preparation, and post-procedure care..

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Endoscopy/GI Lab setting.
• Must have documented experience and full competency in Advanced Therapeutics (ERCP & EUS).
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
