Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician (TA) and support students with specialized needs in a classroom setting. You will help manage challenging behaviors and enhance academic engagement by applying individualized behavior support plans. Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment OR Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience with children
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
