Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels
Use a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting
Communicate with Agency contacts and background investigators
Prepare and send background investigation notices
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Active Secret clearance
6 months of customer service experience
Ability to speak and read English clearly and fluently
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years background investigation CSR experience
