Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Lead Recruiter with our Central and West Texas division you will oversee a team of recruiters and participate in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification and selection, and job offers.

What you will do in this role:

• You will work to develop recruiter team competencies and skills 
• Collect and process requisition requests to fill new or vacant positions Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions. 
• Activities may include assessing internal job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes, attending/coordinating community job fairs, facilitating on-campus events, or utilizing staffing agencies 
• You will develop and negotiate job offer details, including experience rating and employment agreements 
• Work with businesses to determine relocation applicability 

What qualifications you will need: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• 5+ years of experience in relevant work experience required Healthcare recruiter experience preferred
