Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient/LTC Float - Travel Position
Location: Bemidji, MN Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x7s Pay: $2325/week Job Description: We are seeking a versatile Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our care team as a float between inpatient and long-term care settings. The OT will assess patients’ functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and quality of life. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and committed to providing patient-centered rehabilitation across care environments. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities in both inpatient and LTC settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and daily living skills. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and adaptive strategies. Document assessments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care.
