Job Description
Join Staples as a Sales Business Development Representative and play a vital role in growing Quill's business solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance sales and build awareness in the public sector. Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external buying group partners
Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
Partner with marketing channels to increase awareness of Quill offerings
Serve as the primary contact for contract support and member onboarding
Train sales teams on buying group updates and awareness
Support conference setup and attendance
Audit Quill landing pages for current information
Collaborate with pricing team for sales collateral updates
Assist in launching large buying group sales initiatives
Attend and support conferences as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Comfortable communicating with various audiences
Good time management and organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Adaptable to change and a fast-paced organization
Ability to effectively collaborate with both external and internal teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Marketing experience
Strong sales process and methodology
