Job Description
As a Restaurant General Manager at Burger King, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Your leadership will drive both employee engagement and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers and crew members for successful operations
Provide high level of leadership and ensure excellent customer service
Work with District Manager to practice company policies and procedures
Perform human resource functions including staffing and training
Work professionally with vendors and address customer complaints
Required Qualifications
2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience
5 years of restaurant experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Possess a state issued driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
