Job Description

As a Restaurant General Manager at Burger King, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Your leadership will drive both employee engagement and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members for successful operations
  • Provide high level of leadership and ensure excellent customer service
  • Work with District Manager to practice company policies and procedures
  • Perform human resource functions including staffing and training
  • Work professionally with vendors and address customer complaints

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience
  • 5 years of restaurant experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Possess a state issued driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification
