Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations of patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in Family Medicine or a related field
At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pain management and trauma care
Certification in geriatrics or pediatrics
Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
