Job Description
Join Inizio Engage as a Neurology Discovery Lead District Manager and drive your team's performance in a highly innovative role. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team
Create and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
Coach and counsel sales representatives on selling skills and product knowledge
Monitor data analytics to ensure maximum impact on prescribing providers
Drive call plan adherence and execution
Ensure the geography meets or exceeds sales targets
Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team
Assess competitive threats and take appropriate action
Aid in design of business plans and employee development plans
Organize employee training and district meetings
Collaborate with representatives to share success stories
Communicate with key sales leadership to update on project performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
5 years pharmaceutical experience
2 years leadership experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lead generation
Neurology, geriatric and primary care experience
