Key Responsibilities
Supervise teller staff and branch functions
Operate a teller drawer to serve customers
Recognize and direct potential cross-sell opportunities
Solve operational issues and make policy exceptions
Report potential fraud and ensure compliance with policies
Perform monthly audits and sales tracking
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of teller staff
Provide best-in-class customer service and participate in community events
Required Qualifications
Previous teller experience
High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a financial institution)
Bilingual in Spanish, Polish or Italian
