• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with a random day off (blocked scheduling not guaranteed)

• On-Call: One overnight per week and three weekends per 13-week contract
• May float across campuses as needed
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2190–$2350

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Experience with travel nursing assignments preferred
• Ability to work day shifts and participate in on-call rotation
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in the Operating Room
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Maintain a sterile and organized surgical environment
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care
• Float to other campuses as needed to support clinical operations
• Participate in on-call rotation, including overnight and weekend shifts
