Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax accounting/withholding, reporting, analysis, and audit activities
  • Calculating retroactive tax and gross to net calculations
  • Reviewing and balancing W-2 files
  • Processing W-2 Corrections
  • Maintaining employee master tax data
  • Providing client support for escalated tax issues
  • Reconciling payroll related balance sheet accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or comparable knowledge in payroll-related field
  • Minimum 3 years Payroll Tax experience
  • Strong attention to detail and execution
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
