WCS is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a local contract opportunity at a prestigious hospital in New York. This is an excellent chance to join a respected medical team and contribute to high-quality patient care in a leading healthcare environment.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.


• 8am - 4:30pm.



• Perform high-quality MRI exams while ensuring patient safety by following established protocols and company policies.




• Administer contrast agents safely and effectively as required.




• Operate MRI equipment with an understanding of technical parameters such as TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, and field of view to produce optimal images.




• Guide patients through the MRI process with clear communication, addressing questions and concerns to ensure a comfortable experience.




• Collaborate with physicians by responding to patient-related inquiries and providing necessary imaging support.

Job Requirements:

• ARRT (R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification required.




• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, if applicable.




• BLS certification.




• 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.
