Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse
Document care outcomes and communicate changes in resident conditions
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal support
Maintain cleanliness of living areas
Required Qualifications
CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing
Completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Minimum age of 18
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
