Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to local teams and executives

Conduct routine community visits across the region

Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager within long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Residency in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly
