Key Responsibilities
Own the service experience of the client working with the UMR Operations Team
Develop and maintain solid relationships with internal and external partners
Support the SAE in facilitating the resolution of all elevated client service requests
Facilitate customer meetings with the Operations Team
Train customers in Web Services and Reporting
Conduct meetings with customers to identify issues/trends
Establish and maintain solid relationships with all external partners
Coordinate ordering of enrollment materials/directories for customers
Coordinate resolution of pre-implementation service and eligibility issues
Conduct enrollment meetings and customer-sponsored health fairs
Required Qualifications
NY Insurance license or ability to obtain it at the time of hire
3+ years of work experience in a client-facing service role
3+ years of experience building relationships with employers, consultants, and brokers
1+ years of experience with UMR
Ability to demonstrate superior presentation skills in both small and large group settings
Ability to travel to New York City 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry
Proven ability to navigate a complex organization to accomplish customer satisfaction
Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
