Job Description
As a Membership Sales Ambassador, you will drive membership growth by engaging potential and existing members while providing exceptional customer service. You'll play a crucial role in delivering the BJ's value proposition and supporting a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute membership acquisition, renewal, and upgrades
Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries
Promote BJ's membership programs effectively
Ensure adherence to club policies and procedures
Assist with merchandise returns and exchanges
Required Qualifications
Prior front line/customer service experience
Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales experience
Basic math skills
Computer proficiency
