Key Responsibilities
Drive efficiency, quality, and accuracy of ERP master data
Assess product data for quality and integrity
Participate in change order process and new product introduction
Provide input on structuring change requests
Conduct ERP training/support for team members
Ensure ERP supports product traceability and compliance with food safety regulations
Generate reports for Facility Leadership
Participate in inventory audits and report discrepancies
Foster teamwork and maintain collaborative relationships
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
18+ months experience within a food production environment
6+ months of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
Strong understanding of Sage X3 ERP system or similar
Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, and maintenance
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Power BI
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
Understanding of financials and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Ability to work a flexible schedule
