Job Description
Join Crash Champions as an Auto Body Technician and be part of a fast-growing leader in collision repair. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process
Communicate with others on vehicle repair status
Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status
Make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time
Remove upholstery and accessories to access vehicle parts
Participate in required safety meetings
Use power tools and hand tools for repairs
Direct work of apprentices when needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to use frame machine
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
Ability to supervise repair personnel
Must be able to pass thorough background check
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in body repair
I-CAR welding certified
