Job Description Summary:
The coordinator is responsible for coordinating, leading and oversight of facility repairs and maintenance. They would also maintain customer relationships, support construction/renovation projects and vendor relationships and building access. The coordinator will also secure competitive pricing for services, arrange for contracted service and repair and assist maintenance technicians in obtaining materials and parts.Responsibilities And Duties:
