Job Description

As a District Sales Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will lead a team to foster brand loyalty and achieve sales goals in the Wichita, KS area. You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring your team operates within budget to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability
  • Monitor business activities for compliance with contractual agreements
  • Develop action plans for achieving annual objectives
  • Create customer programs to enhance brand visibility
  • Identify key decision makers for account management
  • Audit account sales records for accuracy
  • Adjust coverage responsibilities for program initiatives
  • Train, manage, and motivate Sales and Merchandising team
  • Operate within established budgets while tracking activities

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of merchandising experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Valid auto insurance
