Job Description
Join Aveanna Healthcare as a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) providing essential in-home care for children, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes and a supportive environment for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders
Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs
Document all activities and nursing actions in a timely manner
Develop, implement, and update the nursing care plan
Educate patients and families regarding disease processes and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in Texas
Current CPR certification
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of hands-on nursing experience
Home health experience
