Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and provide solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth and renewals
Lead onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client-facing or account leadership role
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams
Strong experience with global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain
Strong performance track record in sales and program leadership
Ability to navigate a large organization and work in a matrix
Ability to conceptualize and present solutions in healthcare
