Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
  • Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare/payer industry trends and provide solutions
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Be responsible for backlog growth and renewals
  • Lead onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years in a client-facing or account leadership role
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams
  • Strong experience with global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain
  • Strong performance track record in sales and program leadership
  • Ability to navigate a large organization and work in a matrix
  • Ability to conceptualize and present solutions in healthcare
