Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality.
Collaborate with management to create a teamwork environment.
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
Provide recommendations related to staff training and development.
Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Bachelor's Degree, or Work Experience in lieu of Degree
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date)
NIH Stroke Scale (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
STABLE (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date)
