Program Description
The Community Program Manager III oversees daily operations of supportive housing programs, directs staff, and supports trauma-informed care. The role involves inter-agency collaboration, program development, staff training, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Develop program goals aligned with Cascadia’s strategic objectives.
- Assist in policy development and staff recruitment.
- Manage daily operations, staff performance, and training.
- Lead in program and staff development based on research and evidence-based practices.
- Coordinate with partners, oversee crisis interventions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and monitor program effectiveness.
- Lead and model trauma-informed and client-centered approaches.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a behavioral science field; QMHP credentialing required.
- 2+ years management experience; experience in homelessness or housing-first modalities preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work in various community settings and handle potentially volatile situations.

$89,508.03 - $95,911.54
