Job Description
Join USAA as a Customer Service Advisor where you will empower members by providing exceptional service and expert advice on insurance products. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members.
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, and coverage provisions.
Identify and evaluate member needs while providing accurate advice and solutions.
Operate effectively in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems.
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.
Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Successfully acquire Property & Casualty license before date of hire
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
