Description MUST float between Cambridge Hospital and Somerville Hospital. Hybrid position: in person and remotely. (Be sure your candidate is agreeable)
MUST have Utilization Review experience in Behavioral Health listed on resume.
MUST have Interqual experience (do not submit candidates without this experience).

Job Description: Unit: Inpatient Care Management Day
Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. NO block scheduling.
Charge Capability: Highly Preferred
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Any color Must have Interqual tool criteria experience
Must have acute care experience
Must work every other major holiday

2 recent Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA BLS required
NURSYS Verification Report, pulled within the last 7 days, showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present) on report
RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
EMR Exp Required(or Preferred): EPIC Flu vaccine required during season
