Job Description
Join SAIIA Construction as a Traveling Project Manager, where you'll oversee Civil and Construction projects while ensuring quality and profitability. With a focus on Heavy Civil Construction, you'll travel 50% of the time to various project sites, making a significant impact on project success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor and control construction activities to ensure project completion on schedule and budget
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating software like Hard Dollar or similar
Familiarity with scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
Experience in job costing, scheduling, and estimating contract changes
