Chuy's is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to ensure effective and smooth operations in a vibrant, fun culture. This role focuses on team member training, guest satisfaction, and delivering made-from-scratch Tex-Mex cuisine.
Required Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
Results driven and team oriented.
