Job Description
Join BJ's Wholesale Club as a Membership Sales Ambassador and play a crucial role in driving membership sales and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Execute membership acquisition, renewal, and upgrades
Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries
Deliver superior customer service as a point-of-contact for members
Promote membership programs and drive towards goal achievement
Maintain club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
Basic math skills preferred
Computer proficiency preferred
