Key Responsibilities
Install and repair dental equipment under supervision
Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined
Demonstrate knowledge of installation procedures and jobsite protocol
Apply manufacturer and Patterson guidelines and regulations
Support customer needs in a timely and professional manner
Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Manage inventory and vehicle safety
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude required
Strong work ethic
Customer-focused
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school training in carpentry/plumbing/heating/electricity/electronics
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
