As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers with essential financial decisions and building lasting relationships. Your role will involve providing tailored financial advice and solutions, collaborating with various banking partners, and utilizing your communication skills to foster customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Get to know customers and build lasting relationships

Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking solutions
Collaborate with partners to help customers with complex financial needs
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify customer needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Must meet SAFE Act requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
