Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Specialist in Client Integration Support, where you'll play a key role in onboarding clients to our Brokerage platform. Leverage your financial services expertise to meet client needs and drive the success of our Personal Choice Retirement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination during client development, testing and deployment integration
  • Understand Clients’ business requirements and integration needs
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Work with the Agile delivery team to craft high quality customer-centric user stories
  • Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
  • Prepare and participate in Quarterly installs for system enhancements and bug fixes

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
  • Experience in financial services
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Capable of working independently and in a team
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects
  • 2-3 years Data analysis
  • 3-4 years strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3-4 years Agile (scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
  • 2 years SQL, script writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3-4 years’ experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
  • 2 years SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
  • SAFe certified
  • API experience
