Key Responsibilities
Conduct occupational health services and improve employee health and wellness services
Manage employee exposure and illness during outbreaks
Collaborate with community teams for wellness initiatives
Conduct screenings and provide lifestyle counseling
Maintain confidential electronic medical records
Ensure patient safety and compliance with health policies
Required Qualifications
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
Minimum of 2 years of staff management experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Current licensure in the state of practice
CPR certified
Phlebotomy skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in occupational health or primary care setting
Knowledge of FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and OSHA
Experience with electronic medical records
Knowledge of computer-based medical records management systems
