Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Legal Trainer/Help Desk Specialist for our client in Westwood, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a prestigious firm located near UCLA, delivering high-quality technical training and Tier 1 help desk support in a fast-paced, professional legal environment.
Location: Westwood, CA (Near UCLA) Pay: $90,000–$95,000 annually Why Join Us? Competitive Pay & Benefits – Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Match Innovative Culture – Work with a collaborative, growth-driven team What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues Provide in-person and remote IT orientation and software training for attorneys and staff Create and maintain training materials, quick guides, and reference documents Respond to “how do I?” application inquiries and deliver just-in-time coaching Support new technology rollouts, software upgrades, and cross-functional IT projects What We’re Looking For: Experience providing Tier 1 help desk or desktop support, Must have Law or Legal office experience Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and remote support tools (Zoom, Teams, Citrix, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills, with a calm, solution-oriented approach Background in technical training, with ability to explain concepts clearly and develop user-friendly materials Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
