Key Responsibilities
Provide direct, safe, competent and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
Assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Communicate with patients, families, and physicians to address patient needs.
Assist cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment and obtaining necessary inventory.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain an environment of excellence and promote patient safety.
Prepare and update patient records accurately.
Required Qualifications
Current License in good standing
Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
