Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join the team at Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospitals. This is a night shift travel assignment with required floating between both facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care in the ED environment.
- Monitor and assess patient vitals and status using telemetry.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Float between Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience:
- 2+ years of recent telemetry experience.
- Previous travel nurse experience preferred.
- Certifications (Required):
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Licensure:
- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission.
- Testing & Compliance:
- A telemetry competency test will be administered on Day 1 (pass/fail). Failure may result in assignment termination. Study materials will be provided upon assignment confirmation.
- COVID-19 vaccine series + booster required (no declinations accepted).
- BILH Coversheet required at submission.
Additional Notes:
- Local candidates are not accepted.
- Candidates must not have worked (perm or travel) at any Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) facility within the last 6 months.
