A Locum Physician Radiologist provides temporary radiology services including interpretation of CT, ultrasound, and X-rays, with responsibilities spanning inpatient and outpatient care. The role involves flexible scheduling, handling 60-100 cases daily, performing minor procedures, and working with various imaging modalities. Support services include negotiated pay, housing, travel, malpractice coverage, and simplified credentialing, facilitated by specialized recruiters.

  • Monday - Friday with flexible shift options 7 am - 5:30 pm
  • 60 - 100 cases per day -- 50% cross sectional imaging
  • 1 - 7 minor procedures per day
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient -- STAT cases as needed
  • Required: CT, ultrasound including first trimester, and X-ray interpretation
  • Optional: fluoroscopy, basic CT/US-guided procedures, abdominal MRI
  • Fellowship training preferred
  • Flexible schedule adjustments available by mutual agreement
