Key Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight and leadership for an interdisciplinary team developing an RF subsystem
Act as the technical interface between individual contributors and program leadership
Work in a lab setting for component characterization, module verification, and integration
Mentor design engineers
Oversee CCA schematic capture and RF routing
Travel as required to oversee supplier activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
RF circuit card design and fabrication
RF subassembly test and troubleshoot
Simulation of RF products
Experience with RF design tools such as Mentor DX Designer, HFSS, SystemVue/Genesys, ADS
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a technical leader of RF hardware design
Responsibility for cost and schedule performance reporting
Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics
Experience in mentorship or apprenticeship roles
Proficiency in architecting complex RF products
Ability to prepare and review technical documentation
Background in designing for manufacturability and producibility
Experience with missile systems or similar technologies
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Knowledge of mixed signal electronics
