Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and hydraulic diesel-powered equipment
Perform inspections and tests on equipment
Install and/or repair new or reconditioned parts
Complete necessary paperwork for service reports
Utilize diagnostic equipment for repairs
Ensure total customer service through direct interaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of heavy equipment experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience on CAT equipment
5 years of electrical power generation/electronics experience
Familiarity with CAT diagnostic software (SIS)
