Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for clinicians
Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics
Log and record issues and resolutions
Install and maintain workstations and network devices
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Coordinate new access needs and security changes
Assure necessary security of all IT assets
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience providing IT Desktop Support
3+ years of experience in installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades
3+ years of experience in installing and supporting networked devices
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows Operating System, backup software applications, Cisco Hardware and Software
Ability to work on-site
Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Asset management experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze and create solutions based on data
Ability to use time and resources effectively
Strong deductive skills in analyzing problematic systems
Able to prioritize and execute on multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
