Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support for clinicians
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Log and record issues and resolutions
  • Install and maintain workstations and network devices
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Coordinate new access needs and security changes
  • Assure necessary security of all IT assets
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
  • 3+ years of experience providing IT Desktop Support
  • 3+ years of experience in installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades
  • 3+ years of experience in installing and supporting networked devices
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows Operating System, backup software applications, Cisco Hardware and Software
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Asset management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to analyze and create solutions based on data
  • Ability to use time and resources effectively
  • Strong deductive skills in analyzing problematic systems
  • Able to prioritize and execute on multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
