Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training solutions
Create instructional materials and evaluate learning outcomes
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
Design and deliver instructor-led training
Required Qualifications
Minimum of four years of instructional design and/or technical writing experience
Three years of experience designing and developing eLearning courses
One year serving in an administrator role for a corporate LMS
Proficient in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
