Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of unit functions during shifts
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Participate in quality assessment of patient care services
Collaborate with management to foster teamwork and improve outcomes
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery
Manage staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs
Assist with inventory control and supply management
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Associate Degree
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment
NTD Cardiac Stable Module within 18 months of employment
Neonate Resuscitate within 60 months of employment
STABLE within 18 months of employment
