Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Health Screener, where you'll play a crucial role in collecting high-quality plasma that becomes life-changing medicines. You'll provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of donors and helping with operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring their safety
Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger stick results
Maintain accurate donor records and coordinate compensation
Identify operational opportunities for improvement and implement changes
Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. rarely
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
1+ years experience in customer or patient-facing role
