Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
Assist customers with vehicle selection and closing
Build rapport with customers for referrals
Perform test drives and present vehicle information
Complete all paperwork
Close the deal and deliver the vehicle
Utilize dealership control and follow-up systems
Follow-up with customers
Answer sales calls and respond to inquiries
Meet daily phone and email quotas
Training will be provided
Required Qualifications
Some sales experience welcomed, not required
Extensive product knowledge
Great customer service skills
Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer and phone skills
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
