Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage wait times
Complete check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification
Collect co-payments and issue receipts
Manage cashier box and daily deposits
Process walk-in patients and visitors
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Manage medical records and correspondence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of medical office experience
1+ years of medical office experience including data entry
1+ years of experience in/knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with EMR computer applications
Strong communication and customer service skills
