Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and fryers
Monitor food quality and ensure proper food temperatures
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
Follow safety and security policies and procedures
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
