Job Description
Join Crate and Barrel as a Home Delivery Customer Service Coordinator, where you'll ensure timely and quality delivery of products, manage freight logistics, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Manage the shipment and routing of outbound freight
Research transportation methods and liaise with stakeholders
Handle escalated customer service issues
Investigate and resolve issues related to damages, shortages, and overages
Rotate through different departments as needed
Participate in ongoing training
Coordinate communications between various teams
Train third-party contractors on delivery procedures
Promote teamwork and exceptional customer service
Achieve daily productivity and quality goals
Required Qualifications
1+ years of related work experience
Strong Mathematical skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail
Computer literate
Familiarity with AS400
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic English Language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience
Associate’s degree in related field
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
Mechanical aptitude to assemble furniture pieces
Understanding of training and communication resources
Awareness of loss prevention, security and safety guidelines
