Job Description
Join Medical Group Alaska as a Physician Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to service members through comprehensive medical examinations and innovative health services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations
Review medical history and associated records
Interpret clinical data
Complete written reports and generate independent medical opinions
Provide telephonic and virtual exams
Travel up to 30% for physical examinations
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care / internal medicine experience
Unrestricted State medical licensure
Valid BLS OR ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
