Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct food preparation and presentation in all venues
Maintain compliance with local Health Department food preparation codes
Hire, train, supervise and schedule kitchen staff
Communicate with guests and promote food products
Analyze guest feedback for improvement
Create and implement new menus based on trends and profitability goals
Maintain quality control of food storeroom items
Assist in estimating annual food budget
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
5+ years experience in restaurant kitchen(s)
1+ years experience in restaurant supervisory/leadership role
Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands
Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary education degree
Previous Executive Chef experience
Prior kitchen experience in hotel/resort industry
Understanding of sanitation-related issues
